These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jll55 ("jll55," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the jll55 online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the platform. jll55 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each offer:

4. Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the platform.
6. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or payment fraud.
8. Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform.
9. Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jll55 staff or other players.

jll55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balances associated with such accounts. jll55 may also report prohibited conduct to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

All content on the jll55 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of jll55 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jll55 content without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jll55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits. jll55's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

jll55 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jll55 reserves the right to suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons without prior notice.

1. Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, jll55 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jll55 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome or transaction, you must contact jll55 support within 30 days of the relevant event. jll55 will investigate the matter and provide a written response within 14 business days. If you are not satisfied with jll55's response, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints procedure.

jll55 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jll55 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by posting a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the jll55 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
